Are you open to the public?
We are open for pickup of feeders, supplies or animals by appointment Monday through Thursday 10am to 5pm and from 10 am to 7 pm on Friday & Saturday. Animals are not on display so you must contact us first if there is something you would like to see. For feeder orders please contact us ahead of time to make sure we have what you need. We try to always have frozen in stock but live changes weekly.
Do you sell animals?

Do you ship animals?
Yes, we can ship reptiles & amphibians. We can NOT ship rodents.
Animals are can be shipped to the lower 48 states only, and please check your local laws.
Reptiles & ampgubians are shipped with FedEx overnight. Shipping is not included in the price and is a flat rate of $65.
Feeder insects are shipped with USPS priority mail, and for alive arrival guarantee please check your local weather.
If the temps are under 50F or above 90F we will NOT ship.
You must respond to our shipping schedule e-mail before we will ship & someone must be home at time of shipment arrival.
Where are you located?
Alchemy Reptiles is located inside The Crystal Rock Shop in the South Tyler/Whitehouse area.
During the week we are available for pickup orders only. Friday & Saturday we are open 10am to 7pm but animals are not on display in the shop right now. Reptiles supplies are also available via pre-order and not normally kept in stock at all times.

What are your terms of sale?
We guarantee the animals we sale to be healthy. We do not sell an animal that is not eating or sick.
With that said: We are not responsible for any delay in shipping, due to FedEx error, shipping errors (wrong address, etc) or inability to receive the shipment. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your shipment if there are any issues.
We are not responsible for improper care, husbandry issues or sickness that might occur once the animal leaves our care. Getting care tips offline or off of social media voids any guarantee. Unless it's a link we have provided. If you need care tips please contact us directly. We offer a 2 day (48 hours) health guarantee, on animals picked up in person, and the animal must have prober husbandry. You must provide us with photos showing your setup. If the animal becomes sick due to improper husbandry or setup (i.e. not providing heat) the guarantee is void. If the animal becomes sick in the first 2 days the animal must been seen by a proper reptile vet. You must provide proof of where the animal was seen by a vet and shows to be sick. We do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind and no longer want the animal, or can no longer care for it. If for some reason you can no longer care for the animal, even years down the line we will happily take the animal back or help you to find it a home.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer short term payment plans with a
20% nonrefundable deposit. Paid in full within 3 months. Animal must be paid in full before we will ship, or the animal can be picked up .
If you change your mind or can no longer afford the animal, a refund will be sent minus the
20% nonrefundable deposit.
What kinds of payments can you take?
We can do credit cards online or PayPal
We can also do credit cards over the phone or in person. At our shop or at shows we can take all credit cards, venmo or cash.
